Business Development Manager
HiViz LED Lighting / FireTech Lights
• Build strong, credible relationships with EMS leadership and fleet managers • Visit NC EMS agencies at least twice per year • Focus on ambulance-related opportunities (new builds and remounted) • Identify ambulances sold and work to change lighting specs • Develop and influence lighting standards across fleets
Job Requirements
- EMS systems management or EMS fleet management experience (required)
- Directly participated in spec'ing or purchasing ambulances (required)
- Deep understanding of equipment and lighting choices affecting EMS operations
- Ability to earn trust through real-world EMS purchasing knowledge
- Must be comfortable driving and parking a full-size Type 1 Ambulance

Your Key Responsibilities - Serve as the first point of contact for a select group of institutional partners; build relationships, anticipate needs, and deliver a seamless experience. - Drive effective onboarding, retention, and renewals in your portfolio; identify upsell opportunities and support revenue growth. - Monitor engagement data, analyze trends, and propose solutions for improved partner experience. - Maintain accurate records, manage reporting, and handle eligibility verification independently. - Collaborate with internal teams (Publishing, Sales, Product, Finance, Technology) to enhance the partner journey. - Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of resources, processes, and AI-driven tools. - Triage queries, manage a shared team inbox, and support team-wide knowledge sharing
