Sales Development Representative

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach • Identify and qualify schools, universities, training providers, and education-focused organizations • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and Sales Managers • Research key decision-makers (Principals, Heads of Department, HR Directors, L&D Managers) • Manage pipelines and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) • Execute multi-touch outreach sequences and follow-ups • Meet and exceed KPIs including calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign messaging tailored to the education market
Job Requirements
- 6 months–3+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation experience
- Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and consultative)
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to confidently speak with senior education stakeholders
- Strong research and personalization skills
- Self-motivated with a reliable home office setup and stable internet
- Preferred (but not required):**
- Experience selling EdTech, SaaS, online learning platforms, or training solutions
- Experience targeting UK, US, or international education markets
- Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN)
