• working with several squads to deliver fantastic product outcomes; • removing blockers to progress; • driving agile ceremonies; • helping us continuously improve as a team; • Lead and facilitate key activities for the seamless end-to-end delivery of software (product) releases, from inception to production launch. • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to deliver within defined scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities. • Review and maintain project plans, including tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. • Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on sprint progress, potential risks, and any delays to delivery timelines. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring clear communication and alignment between squads. • Identify and address risks proactively, escalating issues when necessary and implementing strategies to minimise impact on delivery timelines and outcomes. • Coach teams on Agile principles, empowering them to self-organize and continuously enhance their ways of working for improved velocity and quality.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced working with Agile teams as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master, fully embracing and championing Agile Scrum values.
  • Exceptional risk management and mitigations skills, ensuring smooth and successful product delivery.
  • Ability to energize, guide and cultivate a positive teamwork-driven environment.
  • Fantastic communication and facilitation skills, with a knack for fostering clear and positive connections across teams and stakeholders at all levels.
