E-Commerce Specialist – Shipping Logistics Background
Wing Assistant
• Handle customer emails, texts, and phone calls (low-touch inquiries, general questions about products/process) • Coordinate shipping logistics - get quotes from FedEx, crating companies, communicate with shippers and customers • Manage inventory lifecycle - receiving from shippers, tracking, uploading to Shopify, through to delivery • Schedule high-touch sales calls for serious prospects • Communicate with auction houses regarding shipping/receiving • Handle order fulfillment and processing through Shopify
Job Requirements
- At least 5 year experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related industries
- Experience with content, product, and inventory management
- Skills and knowledge of Shopify and FedEx or UPS or DHL express or other shipping logistics platform
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel
- Knowledge of CSS Media queries
