• Lead multidisciplinary teams (Developers, DBAs, DevOps); • Use agile methodologies with a focus on continuous, predictable deliveries; • Plan and execute migration projects for legacy databases in production environments, handling high data volumes with minimal downtime; • Participate in modernization projects for Java systems integrated with legacy databases; • Monitor performance diagnostics (APM, logs, tracing); • Act as the technical interface with business, infrastructure and security teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Java / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud — strong experience with legacy systems and refactoring.
  • RESTful APIs / SOAP — modernization and versioning of legacy integrations.
  • Asynchronous communication and messaging: RabbitMQ, Kafka (desirable).
  • Relational databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL.
  • Experience with migration, replication, optimization and query tuning.
  • NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Redis (cache and distributed persistence).
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Cloud (AWS or Azure) — experience using managed database services (RDS, CosmosDB, etc.).
  • Integrations and enterprise messaging — queues, brokers and legacy systems.
  • Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / OpenTelemetry.
  • Data security and governance: encryption, authentication, access control.
  • Automated testing and continuous integration: JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers.
  • Version control and quality tools: Git, SonarQube, code review.
  • Experience with critical data migration projects.
  • Knowledge of ETL, data replication, data modeling and integration of heterogeneous databases.
  • Understanding of industrial processes and systems.
  • Knowledge of data governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with hybrid architectures (on-premises + cloud).
