• Own and respond to a high volume of inbound leads (Contact Us requests, MQLs, event leads, and hand-raisers) within an assigned territory, delivering rapid follow-up and a best-in-class prospect experience. • Qualify inbound interest through structured, high-quality discovery conversations to uncover business challenges, technical requirements, and buying intent. • Convert inbound engagement into Qualified Sales Opportunities by clearly articulating Neo4j’s value and securing next steps with aligned Account Executives. • Maintain strong speed-to-lead performance and SLA adherence while balancing personalization and quality at scale. • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff, shared account context, and aligned messaging within the patch. • Provide clear, actionable insights from inbound conversations to support pipeline progression and account strategy. • Conduct discovery calls with prospects in the Corporate segment (sub-$1B revenue), identifying technical and business challenges that Neo4j can solve. • Build familiarity with Neo4j use cases, target industries, and buyer personas to confidently guide inbound conversations and position long-term value. • Leverage intent data and account research to prioritize inbound activity and tailor engagement. • Invest in learning Neo4j’s technology, competitive landscape, and enterprise use cases as preparation for an outbound, Enterprise-focused SDR role. • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for meetings held, opportunities created, inbound conversion rates, and overall pipeline contribution.

Job Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1-year applicable work experience as a BDR/SDR in a software company, and a B.A./B.S. degree.
  • Experience in outbound or inbound prospecting, enterprise engagement, or selling data/analytics/information-management technologies is a major plus.
  • Be a hard-working, self-starter, and willing to achieve a high volume of activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
  • Have positive, effective phone skills: including excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling, as well as strong writing skills.
  • Be willing and able to learn new technologies.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring accurate entry and management of lead data in our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Be proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, MS-Office, Salesforce, Web-conferencing, Outreach, Zoominfo)
  • Be a team player with the highest level of integrity, and a willingness to contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the BDR program.
