IT Infrastructure Operations Manager
Mattr
• Lead and supervise a team of infrastructure technicians and specialists to ensure effective performance and service delivery. • Direct day‑to‑day operations across Mattr's network, server/cloud environments, and collaboration platforms using industry best practices. • Act as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for technical teams. • Communicate regularly with senior leadership on developments, risk management, and operational performance. • Evaluate business processes and IT systems to identify opportunities for productivity gains, cost reductions, and standardization. • Support and execute improvement initiatives aligned with corporate goals. • Engage with internal teams and external vendors to support infrastructure projects. • Maintain strong communication with end users and cross‑functional partners on operational needs and project updates.
Job Requirements
- College Diploma (3 years) required; University Degree preferred.
- 7 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience required; 10+ years preferred.
- Project management capability with proven experience leading technical teams and initiatives.
- High‑level understanding of IT principles, processes, and industry solutions.
- Strong communication and influence skills to support leadership interactions and prioritization.
- Customer‑focused mindset with ability to assess business impacts and deliver effective solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, organization, and independent‑work capabilities.
- Collaborative, process‑oriented, and able to present complex information to diverse audiences.
