Associate Director – Rail
AECOM
• Support the Head of rails and senior management in delivery and operations. • Help build and grow the headcount of the India team. • Lead the team in supporting Rail projects. • Develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. • Collaborate with other senior management to formulate strategy for Business Continuity.
Job Requirements
- Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
- More than 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in Rail Market – overall.
- Experience in UK, UAE, US, Canada, Middle East (preferred).
- Knowledgeable in rail design services, associated regulations and technical standards.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working on own initiative, with overall responsibility and accountability for assigned work.
