• Lead and manage multiple teams of embedded engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development. • Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback. • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. • Work closely with clients to understand their embedded systems requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables. • Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes. • Cultivate agility in decision making and automation to scale business across professional services and life cycle maintenance teams. • Establish and enforce quality assurance processes, conduct reviews, and implement corrective actions as necessary. • Define and execute the technical strategy for embedded services, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the Professional Services team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, best practices, and industry regulations. • Stay updated on the latest advancements in embedded systems, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for technical discussions and project updates. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and requirements, providing insights and recommendations for embedded solutions. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. • Drive customer discussion and identify upsell opportunities for long term customer engagements. • Collaborate with sales on statement of work, review and improve the overall pre-sales customer experience. • Collaborate with team on estimations, delivery and escalations. • Hiring per Resource and skill gaps in the professional services teams. • Tracking KPIs for all teams. • Training and mentoring the team leaders, and principal engineer. • Perform additional job duties as assigned.
• Lead delivery for a portfolio of customer-facing programs, ensuring commitments are met across scope, schedule, cost, and quality. • Be accountable for program delivery predictability and operational excellence. • Drive resolution of delivery risks, issues, and dependencies across all teams. • Establish and maintain program management frameworks, including planning, reviews, escalation paths, and executive reporting. • Ensure consistent execution standards across all programs. • Define and own delivery KPIs, dashboards, and health metrics. • Build, lead, and mentor our team of Program Managers. • Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management to align program delivery plans with product roadmaps, engineering capacity, and business priorities. • Partner with Finance on forecasting, EAC, margin protection, and revenue delivery inputs. • Support presales activities with estimation, planning, and resourcing inputs.
• Lead delivery of multiple cross-functional projects, including customer-driven, partnership, and internal initiatives. • Support project estimation, proposal development, and milestone planning. • Launch and manage project teams, ensuring clear understanding of goals, constraints, and timelines. • Coordinate distributed teams working on embedded software and hardware for defense, aerospace, automotive, and industrial markets. • Apply AS9100-certified processes and independent judgment to drive results. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and manage stakeholder expectations. • Conduct project reviews and maintain dashboards to monitor health and progress. • Drive process and tool improvements to support operational excellence and innovation. • Lead onsite engineering teams and manage cost, schedule, and technical execution. • Use Earned Value Management (EVM) to track and manage project performance. • Provide regular customer and leadership updates and ensure technical coordination. • Travel up to 25% required.

• Develop and improve our next generation and existing Vulkan SC and Open GL SC 1.0/2.0 graphics and compute drivers. • Enhance our product support for new embedded hardware targets and real-time operating systems. • Quickly diagnose and resolve driver issues during customer integrations. • Profile and optimize performance of drivers and customer applications. • Actively support DO-178 safety critical certification artifact creation and process improvements. • Write and review technical specifications. • Participate in software design and code reviews to ensure high quality output that satisfy the project requirements and software coding standards. • Be a team first player that seeks to learn and grow their competencies as part of an effective development team.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer support inquiries related to LynxElement®, LynxOS®, LynxSecure®, Lynx MOSA.ic™, and embedded graphics products. • Investigate, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues in embedded, virtualized, and real-time environments. • Provide guidance on system configuration, partitioning, and optimization for performance and determinism. • Document and track customer issues using the company’s support system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. • Assist customers in developing safety-critical applications compliant with DO-178C and ARINC-653 standards. • Troubleshoot and optimize POSIX-compliant systems and embedded Linux integrations. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to resolve escalated issues and communicate product feedback. • Identify recurring issues and propose solutions or improvements to enhance product stability and usability.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Lynx Software and customers • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders • Understand customer requirements related to GPU compute, acceleration, and software integration • Present and demonstrate solutions that address GPU workloads such as AI/ML training and inference • Maintain deep expertise in GPU architectures, drivers, runtimes, and software ecosystems • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding, deployment, and scaling of GPU‑based solutions • Act as the voice of the customer within Lynx Software, ensuring feedback informs product direction
• Direct and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers and contractors. • Act as the driving force for SCRUM methodologies within the team. • Own the delivery lifecycle for OS features, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies. • Oversee external partners and contractors, ensuring deliverables meet high standards. • Work closely with the Certification and QA teams to ensure development processes align with industry standards.
