Construction Manager
SafeLease
• Manage the construction of a variety of facilities from entitlement through final delivery • Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers • Lead pre-construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and constructability reviews • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality • Review and approve pay applications, change orders, and contracts • Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning requirements, and safety regulations • Coordinate with internal teams including development, acquisitions, and operations • Manage project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and turnover to operations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of construction management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and schedule management
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
