• Support the coordination of assigned projects from start to finish. • Help break down projects into clear tasks, timelines, and priorities. • Assist in running workflows inside the project management tool (ClickUp). • Communicate with stakeholders, follow up on tasks, and help remove blockers. • Track deliverables and help keep teams aligned with deadlines. • Collect project updates and prepare internal reports or status summaries. • Ensure brand-related tasks stay aligned with brand messaging and guidelines. • Help with other Project Manager tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (or higher education).
  • Strong interest in project management, branding, or operations.
  • Ability to create clear, actionable tasks and follow structured workflows.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
  • Basic familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, JIRA, Trello, Asana — any is fine).
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a Junior PM role.
