• Proactively and holistically lead, consult and/or oversee multiple engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes. • Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework. • Act as the subject matter expert for Heavy Duty New Units ERP processes and supporting applications functionality. • Gather requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome. • Ensure compliance with all application policies including HPA, security and code reviews across all applications and platforms within scope. • Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways. • Maintain relationships with key business users. • Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills. • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team. • Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts. • Manage program execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams. • Provide active participation in lean improvements across the whole landscape and balance execution of requirements with landscape simplification. • Partner with local colleagues as we transition a manufacturing site in Hungary from Oracle to SAP PowerMax.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience or knowledge.
  • Significant technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.
  • Prior SAP ERP implementation experience.
