• Run cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn, phone calls to generate initial interest • Conduct research on accounts, partners, and event participants • Qualify potential leads and hand them over to the BDM/Product/Advisory experts • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records • Support preparation of outreach materials and messaging for sustainable agriculture stakeholders • Warm up prospects through structured, value‑driven communication • Report progress and insights to the Sustainability Sales Lead • Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and campaign efficiency
Job Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience as an SDR or in a similar outreach/lead generation role (preferably in a B2B tech or product environment)
- Strong written communication skills in English (email & LinkedIn outreach, phone calls)
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, document activities clearly, and deliver results without micromanagement
- Experience with cold outreach, prospecting tools, and CRM systems
- Analytical thinking and the ability to perform initial account research
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to propose improvements
- At least basic knowledge of the sustainability domain and carbon credits market OR a strong willingness and ability to learn fast
