Supply Chain Data Analyst

• Analyze supply chain data such as inventory levels, demand forecasts, service levels, transportation costs, and supplier performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that provide visibility to supply chain performance and support leadership decision-making. • Partner with procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, commercial, and IT teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives. • Build scenario models to support supply chain planning, capacity management, and risk mitigation strategies. • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, OTIF, and overall operational efficiency. • Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives using statistical methods and machine learning models.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and fill rate.
