This requires proactively communicating technical options and blockers, and working collaboratively with Legal and Compliance teams to define solutions that are both technically feasible and regulatory compliant. - Process Mindset: Experience building, documenting, and optimizing repeatable reporting processes. Nice to Have - Experience designing data tagging and labeling frameworks for regulatory or audit use, especially using LLMs. - Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements specifically within financial services or asset management. - Exposure to international financial regulatory frameworks.
