Job Description

Sales Representative – Professional Electric Cleaning Machines

Freudenberg Group

• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product and service solutions in a professional B2B environment for electric cleaning machines • Plan, execute and follow up on sales activities in the assigned sales territory (postal codes 60–69, 74, 90–92, 95–97) • Present and demonstrate electric cleaning machines directly at customer sites • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of customers, activities and the sales pipeline in C4C • Work closely with sales partners, the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) and logistics to ensure excellent customer service as well as successful promotions and sales initiatives • Conduct basic product training for distributors and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

Job Requirements

  • Completed secondary education (additional vocational training advantageous)
  • Ideally 2–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in a technical environment, capital goods or comparable products
  • Strong market knowledge and confident use of modern sales tools and methods
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions, execute sales activities and achieve defined targets
  • High reliability in reporting (C4C), collaborating with distributors, CIC and logistics, and regularly producing forecasts and results
  • High willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory and a valid driver’s license
