• Guide clients through the onboarding process, including system setup, configuration, integration, and data migration as needed • Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and implement our solution to meet their needs and ensure seamless integration with their existing platforms • Serve as the main point of contact for our clients throughout the implementation process. • Coordinate with internal teams, such as product and support, to address client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues • Ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into implementation processes • Identify areas for improvement in the product or implementation process based on client feedback • Collaborate with product development team to suggest enhancements or updates to the product • Assist in development of comprehensive documentation around implementation workflows and procedures for internal use and end-user guidance • Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback for future reference • Manage integrations with third party integrators, including technical support and SMEs as needed • Gather and analyze data on client usage patterns, implementation timelines, and support requests to provide insights into areas of strength and areas for improvement recommendations

• Design and implement backend architecture using .NET Framework / .NET 8 and C#. • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile applications. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across distributed systems. • Collaborate with FE engineers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. • Implement database solutions (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ensure efficient query performance. • Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. • Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection protocols. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. • Stay current with emerging .NET technologies and cloud-native development trends. • Follow a TDD methodology

• Assist in developing backend services using .NET Framework / .NET 10 and C#. • Support the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs used by web and mobile applications. • Collaborate with senior engineers to build scalable and secure backend systems. • Work with front-end engineers to integrate user-facing elements with backend services. • Contribute to database development and maintenance using SQL Server or PostgreSQL. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards. • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve development practices. • Assist in troubleshooting application issues and supporting production systems. • Contribute to automated testing and follow Test Driven Development (TDD) practices. • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Continue developing technical skills and stay informed on evolving .NET technologies. • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Own and manage the Enablement team's intake queue, ensuring all incoming requests are captured, categorized, and assessed for prioritization against current team capacity and strategic objectives. • Assign work to team members and contractors based on capacity, skill set, and project priority, maintaining clear ownership for every active workstream. • Track all active and upcoming enablement projects in Jira, ensuring timelines, milestones, dependencies, and status are accurate and current at all times. • Facilitate cross-functional review coordination for content requiring input or approval from Product, CSM, Support, or other internal stakeholders, managing the review cycle from initiation to sign-off. • Build and maintain delivery dashboards and reporting mechanisms that give the Director of Enablement and CX leadership clear, real-time visibility into project health, capacity, and output. • Identify and escalate delivery risks proactively, surfacing timeline conflicts, resource gaps, or blocked work before they affect delivery commitments. • Own the quality assurance process for content published to Metrc University, executing QA checks against defined standards before any course, module, or resource goes live to learners. • Maintain operational documentation including intake SOPs, QA checklists, review process guides, and delivery workflow standards, ensuring the team's operating model is documented and repeatable. • Support the transition of project tracking from Teamwork to Jira, ensuring continuity of visibility and no loss of project history during the migration period. • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on delivery timelines and review processes as directed by the Director of Customer Enablement. • Continuously assess and improve operational processes, identifying friction points and proposing solutions that increase team throughput and output quality. • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding internal strategy, customer information, and state contract obligations. • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Customer Enablement or CX leadership.

• Own end-to-end deployment of Metrc’s product suite for cannabis operators • Run technical and operational discovery with prospects • Build feasibility assessments, statements of work, and rollout plans • Partner with Sales on demos and technical Q&A • Design and execute implementations end-to-end • Lead pilot deployments and capture learnings • Own go-live support workflows • Develop and maintain documentation and reference artifacts • Feed structured signal back to Product on implementation friction

• Serve as the final escalation point within Support for complex system and API issues, using log analysis, database queries, API testing, and scripting to diagnose root causes. • Create and manage detailed JIRA tickets — including reproduction steps, logs, and proposed fixes — to accelerate Development team resolution. • Write scripts and tooling (Python, PowerShell, SQL, API utilities) to automate repetitive troubleshooting and reduce time-to-resolution. • Identify recurring issue patterns and drive permanent, code-based solutions such as bug fixes, data migration scripts, or internal tools. • Build and maintain internal support automation — diagnostic scripts, dashboards, and workflow tools that empower the broader team to self-serve. • Proactively communicate status updates, timelines, and workarounds to end users and stakeholders throughout the resolution process. • Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, runbooks, and knowledge base articles with a preference for executable, code-backed documentation.

• Develop engaging and effective eLearning content using SCORM authoring, video editing, and AI powered design tools. • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and team members to analyze learning needs and design appropriate instructional strategies. • Apply instructional design theories, models, and best practices to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences. • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design standards. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. • Continuously assess and improve existing eLearning materials based on feedback, learner analytics, and industry trends. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional designers and team members as needed. • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Make a high volume of outbound calls (up to 100 per day) to mid-tier cannabis licensees, focusing on warm leads. • Use Salesforce to track, document, and follow up on leads. • Qualify leads and assess their potential for conversion. • Conduct high-level demos and deliver positioning statements using a predefined talk track. • Handle objections effectively and push clients toward further engagement, such as webinars or meetings with specialists. • Collaborate closely with the Growth and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent follow-up. • Participate in role-playing and objection-handling training sessions to refine sales techniques. • Use templated emails and scripts provided, ensuring consistent communication across all channels. • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Evaluate and redesign heavily denormalized SQL Server database environments. • Architect solutions to separate historical data from real-time OLTP workloads. • Reduce table bloat and optimize large-scale tables for read/write performance. • Optimize indexing strategies, query performance, and access patterns across large datasets. • Assess and execute consolidation of approximately 30 independent database pods into a unified architecture. • Design and implement scalable multi-tenant database models. • Lead migration strategy from SQL Server to PostgreSQL where appropriate. • Work extensively within Azure environments, including Azure SQL Hyperscale. • Establish data lifecycle management practices and ETL/data movement strategies. • Operate directly in production systems, diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges. • Lead modernization efforts through hands-on execution and technical example.

• Act as the CTO’s technical extension across engineering teams and strategic initiatives. • Step into ambiguous, high-priority, or struggling initiatives and drive them to resolution. • Provide architectural leadership across backend, platform, mobile, and data systems. • Diagnose technical bottlenecks and implement scalable, long-term solutions. • Lead by example through direct hands-on technical contribution. • Align engineering execution with strategic priorities to improve delivery velocity. • Support AI-driven development initiatives and agent-based workflow integration. • Help scale recently launched and upcoming products through sound architectural decisions. • Operate with high autonomy and ownership, influencing without formal authority. • May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
