Implementation Consultant
Lobster
• Leading customer-facing workshops and training sessions on our process management module. • Planning and executing workflow implementation projects from requirements through go-live. • Building complete automation solutions: from process design and data modeling to integrations and operational dashboards. • Configuring and integrating workflow automation solutions tailored to customer needs using our no-code platform. • Providing technical consulting on system architectures, automation strategies, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- A logical, process-oriented mindset with interest in automation and data visualization
- Understanding of business processes, workflow automation, or system integration
- Experience delivering technical projects or working in professional services/consulting
- Facilitation skills and confidence in leading workshops and training sessions
- English language skills fluent enough to independently lead customer workshops
- Ideally, you also bring:
- Experience working with no-code/low-code platforms
- Hands-on experience with the Lobster platform
- Understanding of data modeling or database concepts
- Understanding of business process optimization
- A background in supply chain (e.g., logistics, retail, manufacturing)
- Previous experience in project-based work or consulting (implementation projects, rollouts, integrations)
