Business Development Manager

Exoticca

• Design and execute the commercial strategy within the assigned territory. • Prospect and onboard new Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors. • Manage and develop existing accounts with a focus on sustainable growth. • Represent Exoticca at trade fairs, industry events, training sessions, and FAM trips. • Deliver commercial presentations and product training sessions (both in-person and virtual). • Identify group sales opportunities and strategic partnerships. • Manage sales pipeline and reporting through Salesforce CRM. • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, HQ) to ensure alignment and service excellence. • Prepare weekly sales activity reports and monthly expense reports. • Meet and exceed established KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the travel industry in Mexico.
  • Active portfolio of Travel Agencies or Travel Advisors in the local market.
  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned territory.
  • Experience in consultative sales and long-term relationship development.
  • Autonomous, results-oriented profile with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-growing environments.
