• Develop and implement social media strategies for three brands across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. • Create engaging content including posts, short videos, graphics, and captions in Spanish (and English where required). • Plan and schedule regular content to maintain consistent brand presence. • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and improve ROI. • Generate leads through targeted advertising and audience engagement. • Collaborate with the management team to promote services, projects, and company updates. • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports. • Stay updated with social media trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish speaker (native or near-native level).
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Experience creating engaging content (graphics, reels, short videos, captions).
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
