Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant directly supporting coaches, consultants, or professional service executives.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms and AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, or similar).
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-demand environments managing complex scheduling and competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting outbound business development, including LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, appointment setting, and/or cold calling.
  • Advanced English communication skills with prior client-facing experience representing an executive professionally.
