Role Description The Art Director, Waterparks & FECs will lead the visual direction and execution of brand and campaign creative across the Waterparks and Family Entertainment Center (FEC) portfolio, including Castle Park. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for shaping and evolving brand identity, developing high-impact creative, and ensuring consistency across all channels. This role will concept and create hero and campaign-level creative, while also building scalable design systems and templates that enable efficient execution across the broader team. The Art Director will manage one direct report and oversee the end-to-end creative workflow, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at a high standard. What You'll Do: The Director of National Programs would be responsible for building and maintaining all National League Programs and National/Center tournament business for the company. He/she facilitates fulfillment of department goals and company initiatives. - Work directly with center League Champions/GM/DM to develop, retain and recruit new bowlers for all National Leagues and Tournaments. - Be aware of the market conditions and opportunities to recruit new or existing tournaments (Local, State or National Tournaments) - Communicate with all centers to build new National Leagues in their centers - Hold the centers accountable on National Leagues starting each month, - Send out communication to the centers who do not have a new league starting each month - Provide ongoing training on all National Leagues - Responsible for updating the National Leagues Calendar each month/year for the field - Coordinate with the Leagues Department to promote new strategies and league structures for centers. Overview SUMMARY: The League Specialist is a key contributor to the Business Development teams by identifying and growing various league revenue generating opportunities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Responsible for contacting online league inquiries (leads) and placing them into corresponding leagues. - Partner with the centers on league availability and ensures all league details are accurate online. - Manages the correspondence of all online league payments. - Tracks and analyzes revenue for online league inquiries (leads) for each league program. - Identifies new and innovative ways to assist with growing the league business. - Modifies/cancels bowling lane reservations or league dates if necessary. - Adds before event notes for operators that includes all specials and any information related to the league program being held. - Reports exceptions in LMA (League Management Account) to the Directors for national leagues. - Verifies and confirms dashboard information and ensures all goals are entered. - Drives revenue of current programs while working closely with Directors to identify any gaps in league revenue or specials. Overview Remote position, must be located in Washington DC area or NYC. Summary: The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership Team enhancing their productivity by efficiently managing schedules, communications, and special projects. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills to ensure seamless operations within the leadership team. What You’ll Do: Calendar and Schedule Management: - Manage complex calendars for the leadership team, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events. - Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively. - Schedule and manage recurring meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance. - Send meeting reminders, follow-ups, and ensure alignment with executive priorities. Travel Coordination: - Arrange domestic travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries. - Ensure all travel logistics align with executive preferences and organizational policies. - Prepare and process travel expense reports promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies. Communication Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives. - Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, emails, and other communications with a high level of professionalism. - Filter and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring urgent matters receive timely attention. - Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Meeting and Event Coordination: - Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and presentations. - Take minutes during meetings, document key discussions, and ensure timely distribution to relevant parties. - Plan and execute company events, conferences, virtual meetings, and offsite retreats. - Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, AV setup, and guest invitations. Project Management and Research: - Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial analyses. - Manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. - Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met. Document and Information Management: - Organize, maintain, and update digital and physical files for easy retrieval. - Create and manage executive reports, briefing documents, and presentations. - Maintain records of key discussions, agreements, and follow-up actions. Other Responsibilities: - Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs. - Act as a liaison between executives and other internal and external stakeholders.
