Role Description We're looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to own our mobile applications and shape the future of Aplazo's mobile experience. You'll build the apps that customers use daily to access credit, make payments, and manage their finances. • Develop and implement product features that enhance the customer experience. • Architect and refine mobile infrastructure to enable scalability and support the rapid development of new products. • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to design robust APIs that facilitate seamless communication between mobile devices and servers. • Partner with Product teams to define requirements in ambiguous environments, ensuring engineering flexibility for future expansion. • Lead and enforce engineering best practices to maintain high code quality and system reliability. • Drive projects proactively, offering strategic direction and problem-solving to navigate uncertainty. • Mentor the mobile engineering team, elevating skills and optimizing processes for efficiency. • Design and execute unit and UI automation tests to ensure new features integrate smoothly without disrupting existing functionalities. • Analyze feature effectiveness using advanced analytics to drive data-informed improvements.

• Work closely with other senior leaders to define and drive critical product systems that enable the company’s future vision. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Product Managers, Experience Designers, and Engineers to design and deliver high-quality user experiences. • Establish a technical vision and lead efforts to architect, build, and launch reliable, performant, and scalable solutions for Quality-related products. • Provide critical input in team roadmap and technical direction. • Influence and collaborate with stakeholders to adopt team goals and roadmaps. • Identify areas of improvement and drive best practices. • Hands-on development, including design, code reviews, and leadership presentations. • Mentor, guide, and support the career growth of individual contributors.

• Join their Android team and contribute to building modern, high-quality mobile applications • Develop scalable and maintainable mobile solutions using Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), sharing business logic across Android and iOS • Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces with Jetpack Compose • Apply modern Android development practices, including Coroutines and the latest Jetpack libraries • Participate in the full development lifecycle – from architecture and implementation to testing and continuous improvement • Ensure high engineering standards through peer code reviews, unit testing, and clean architecture principles • Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, QA engineers and clients in an Agile environment • Contribute to improving CI processes, automated code scanning and UI testing practices • Take part in regular knowledge-sharing sessions and discussions around new technologies, tools and mobile trends.
