Retail Operations Manager

• Delivering profitable volume growth • Providing overall management and leadership across National Customers • Key customer linkage with retail execution • Drive executional excellence including speed to shelf, in-stock performance, display conversion and forecast attainment • Sales Planning • Liaison between customer teams and Retail Planning • Developing and managing product allocations • Identify market specific business development opportunities • KPI Tracking/Analysis • Update Field Execution team • Analyze performance and incorporate learnings into future planning • Customer Selling • Coordinate service issue resolution • Lead efforts around service reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience
- Sales experience in CPG industry (nice to have)
- 15-25% travel
