Role The Senior Video Editor exists to produce high-quality content while setting the editorial standard for the entire editing team. This is a player-coach role where you are responsible for both your own output and the quality of everything that ships. You are actively editing across long-form and short-form content while also reviewing cuts, giving feedback, and guiding editors through creative and workflow challenges. Your work sets the bar. The team follows it. You lead the development of new shows from an editorial perspective. You define pacing, tone, structure, and visual identity, then translate that into clear standards the team can execute against. This role reports to the Director of Post-Production and directly supports the performance, consistency, and growth of the editing team. Role Description Own paid media for ACQ Vantage at Acquisition.com. Scale 8-figure ad budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc. Turn ads into predictable member growth. Remote, US-based. ACQ Vantage is the membership business unit inside Acquisition.com, built to help entrepreneurs scale from 7 to 9 figures. Growth is driven by a combination of Alex Hormozi's organic leverage and a significant, growing paid media budget. The Head of Advertising & Media owns paid acquisition end-to-end for ACQ Vantage and is accountable for every dollar spent converting into qualified leads, closed members, and LTV from paid channels. Together with Head of Growth, this person leads media buying, creative strategy, and ad operations function for the BU (ACQ Vantage). They decide what we spend, where we spend it, how we test, and how we measure. The problem this role solves: ACQ Vantage has world-class organic reach, a proven offer, and strong unit economics, but needs a single operator who turns that leverage into a predictable, scalable, performance-driven paid engine that can absorb meaningfully more capital without breaking CAC.
