Technical Operations Analyst

• Lead internal Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements • Validate workflows against documented requirements and expected system behavior • Identify defects, edge cases, and usability issues prior to release • Partner with Product and Engineering to support release readiness • Assist with Prior Authorization manual workflows and definition of automation requirements with Product and Engineering teams. • Identify trends or recurring issues and proactively flag risks • Validate production fixes and post-deployment changes • Assist with incident response and post-incident reviews • Run proof-of-concept test files for prospective customers in collaboration with our Sales team to demonstrate system capabilities and validate data. • Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and Support teams • Improve internal documentation, test scenarios, and processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical operations, application support, QA, or product operations role
- Strong analytical thinker
- Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and work directly with clients when needed
- You thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and are eager to roll up your sleeves to solve problems
- Other Helpful Experience:
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, and/or with insurance payers
- Understanding of release management or incident response processes
- Experience working in Agile
