To be successful in this role you bring: - 10+ years of experience in the high technology manufacturing industry, including sectors such as telecommunications/networking, semiconductor equipment, hardware systems, or connected products. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM), quality management systems (QMS), and related enterprise product development and operations technologies such as ERP/MES, CAD. - Demonstrated experience developing industry positioning, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies that influence executive buyers. - Strong executive communication skills, storytelling ability, and presence with customers, analysts, and senior leadership. - Data-driven decision maker with experience using market insights and performance analytics to guide strategy. - Collaborative team leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and believes no task is too big or too small. - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across customers, partners, and internal teams. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
