• Sales Outreach - Email Sequence Administration • Filter contact lists in HubSpot to create enrollment segments for email sequences. • Enroll prospects into targeted, multi-step email sequences to support outbound sales efforts. • Manage and maintain email sequences, timing, and segmentation to ensure relevant and effective outreach. • Sales Outreach - Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting • Make 60–100 outbound dials per day. • Follow the approved outreach script, messaging flows, and objection-handling framework provided for each client. • Set qualified discovery meetings directly on the client’s calendar following defined qualification criteria. • Log all call outcomes, notes, and dispositions inside the client’s HubSpot CRM. • Return inbound calls from prospects who respond to your outreach. • Listen to voicemails, call back promptly, and log all activity inside HubSpot. • Continue nurturing warm prospects with follow-up messaging and call attempts according to cadence.
Job Requirements
- C1 English or equivalent
- 1-2+ years in outbound sales, cold calling, call center, or SDR/BDR roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and appointment-setting frameworks consistently.
- High attention to detail with call logs, notes, and CRM processes.
- Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently within daily activity targets**

What You’ll Do: The SBA Business Development Officer is responsible for generating new business opportunities for the VelocitySBA Franchise Division. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Generate viable SBA 7(a) loan opportunities via external direct and indirect marketing channels and meet annual loan volume and pricing targets. - Establish and maintain direct relationships with Franchisors and Franchise Aggregators and Referral Sources. - Manage loan workflow, financial analysis and closing requirements. - Determine 7(a) loan eligibility under SBA SOP and general prudent lending practices. - Responsible to prepare and deliver accurate loan applications and loan prescreen form. - Update pipeline report and attend weekly pipeline meeting attended by the senior leadership team including the President, Sales Manager, Chief Credit Officer, Credit Administrator, Operation Manager and Closing/Documentation Manager. - Collaborate with Credit and Closing teams to efficiently process transactions. - Ensure all loan requests are compliant to the policies and procedures of VelocitySBA. - Manage new and existing 3rd party loan agents and ensure the agents meet VelocitySBA standards. - Responsible for working with multiple parties to ensure information is obtained/received at various stages throughout the loan process, and assisting with ordering appraisals and environmental reports, as applicable. - Oversee multiple transactions concurrently to ensure all active loan applications are moving forward and current status is reported on the Pipeline Report. - Maintain a working knowledge of VelocitySBA’s written policies and procedures regarding Regulation B, Bank Secrecy Act, Bank Security and all other regulations applicable to this job description. - Actively learns, demonstrates, and fosters VelocitySBA corporate culture in all actions and words. - Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate. - Embraces all goals and objectives of VelocitySBA. - May perform other duties as assigned.
