• Use your technical knowledge and business acumen to help Cohesity customers design and operate their data protection and data security solutions. • Lead the technical design and integration of solutions that leverage Cohesity technologies within our broader product and service portfolio. • Define end-to-end solution architectures that align with both business goals and partner technical roadmaps. • Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs), solution validation, and integration testing with partner platforms and tools. • Demonstrate ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision-making. • Maintain the technical relationship between the customer and Cohesity’s Engineering, Sales, Support and Technical Marketing teams. • Configure and improve on operational reporting. • Proactively resolve any issues which could impact data recovery operations. • Work with Cohesity’s technical teams to ensure system software is up to date and configured according to recommended best practices. • Help identify any opportunities for enhancements or additional product sales. • Facilitate contract renewals through technical validation and reporting. • Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel in the customer’s organization. • Engage and provide leadership for any escalations, especially those related to data recovery or SmartFiles.

• Provide end-to-end support for customers with a focus on SDWAN (preferably Versa Networks), Internet, and related services. • Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups (Routers, Firewalls) and Microsoft operating systems. • Support the provisioning and onboarding of new customers for managed services. • Collaborate with vendors to resolve support issues and ensure smooth service delivery. • Own support issues from start to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction with clear communication and expert problem-solving. • Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering outstanding support and going the extra mile. • Mentor and train fellow engineers on complex technical issues and solutions.

• Conducts research, design, and development activities with the goal of developing new or improved products, processes, or services. • Collaborates with internal manufacturing partners and product specialists to optimize designs for manufacturability. • Applies research theories when conducting experiments and research activities. • Conducts market research, tracks projects, and evaluates trade space. • Summarizes research results and communicates findings to internal and external bodies.

• Lead development of validation strategies, protocols, and reports (IQ/OQ/PQ). • Project-level validation owner. • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Software teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Apply standards and templates to project execution. • Approves project validation deliverables and Summary Reports. • Guide Validation Engineers in test execution and deviation management. • Support hardware/software integration and end-to-end system qualification. • Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical validation challenges. • Collaborate with controls and software engineering to develop the User Acceptance Testing Plan during the engineering phase. • Collaborate with controls and electrical engineering to develop the controls DOO for complex automation systems. • Execute end-to-end system OQ and PQ testing at project sites for complex automation systems. • Prepares Validation Summary Reports and manages defect resolution through completion.
