• Build and maintain curated datasets using Databricks (Delta tables, jobs, SQL Warehouses) and SQL-based governed reporting tables. • Ingest and manage full pursuit lifecycle artifacts including RFPs, specifications, drawings, and addenda with proper metadata and version control. • Develop applied analytics solutions including: - Forecasting - Scenario modeling - Optimization (LP/MILP or practical heuristics) - Similarity modeling and benchmarking • Publish reliable datasets and insights for Tableau Cloud consumption with consistent business definitions. • Establish a closed-loop learning cycle by comparing design assumptions against operational outcomes to continuously improve benchmarks and estimate accuracy. • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and solution design teams to improve automation decision-making at scale.
• KPI is seeking an experienced Account Executive, who is innovative, collaborative, and motivated. • The Account Executive is responsible for retaining and growing the KPI customer base. • This roll will work collaboratively with Concepting and Estimating, Solutions, Engineering, LTS to define the best solution for the client. • Develop and execute KPI sales strategy to penetrate new, and grow existing, accounts. • Drive revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. • Collaboratively work with All departments to deliver full KPI solution. • Work with clients to develop a complete understanding of the customer’s needs, pain points, organizational and decision-making structure/ buying criteria. • Perform customer presentations articulating the value proposition of KPI’s solution/products/service offerings. • Pursue long-term account strategies focused on maximizing both KPI profits and Customer ROI.
• Provide scheduled preventative maintenance to contract customers as assigned. • Provide on-demand corrective, 24/7 emergency, and paid services to customers as required. • Assist with start-up services as needed, working closely with the assigned installation specialists. • Report product quality issues to assigned Field Service Manager and file reports as directed/required. • Train KPI customers on system and maintenance operations. • Assist customers with part orders, consumables, repair and return of defective parts, and requests for information.

• KPI is seeking an experienced, hands-on Solution Architect to serve as the technical lead on complex, high-risk automation programs. • The role is a front-line architecture and execution role responsible for: • De-risking solution design • Tightening requirements definition • Bridging design → software → execution • Preventing late-stage surprises that impact schedule, margin, and customer confidence • Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex, software-heavy automation systems, serving as the technical authority from concept through execution. • Lead early requirements definition and risk identification, ensuring scope, assumptions, and constraints are clearly defined before projects advance. • De-risk solution designs by validating feasibility, performance, and integration across hardware, controls, and software platforms. • Serve as the primary technical escalation point during execution, supporting project teams with issue resolution, trade studies, and corrective actions. • Partner directly with software and technology vendors (e.g., NuMove) to validate capabilities, limitations, and testing strategies, including emulation and simulation. • Support commissioning and ramp-up planning, ensuring system readiness, performance expectations, and operational handoff are clearly defined. • Capture and institutionalize lessons learned, feeding improvements back into standards, templates, and repeatable solution patterns.
Director of Technical Software Project Management

- Define and execute the software project management strategy in alignment with KPI Solutions' growth objectives and client commitments. - Establish and refine project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across all technical software initiatives. - Collaborate with KPI executive leadership to prioritize the project portfolio and allocate resources effectively across concurrent client engagements. - Oversee the full lifecycle of technical software projects, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Manage multiple concurrent projects involving WMS, WES, WCS, SCADA, PLC integration, and software for robotics and automation platforms such as AutoStore, Geek+, Hai Robotics, and other KPI technology partners. - Identify and mitigate project risks, removing roadblocks and escalating issues as needed. - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical project managers and coordinators. - Serve as the primary liaison between software engineering, systems integration, controls engineering, sales, and client stakeholders. - Develop and manage software project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans for software project engagements. - Implement and continuously improve project management tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• The Field Service Engineer II interacts directly with the customer at its place of business to develop the methods and processes best suited to meet the requirements of integrating Intelligrated products into the customer’s operations. • The Customer Service Engineer provides on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, moderate PLC program modifications, perform preventative maintenance, train customer’s personnel, system audits and installation of various retro-fits to material handling equipment. • In addition to the basic services provided, the Customer Service Engineer (Level Two) is responsible for planned and emergency service calls varying from mechanical, electrical, system control issues and may assist with equipment installation and subcontractor management. • Conducts the following: planned/emergency service calls, various rebuilds on equipment, system audits, and preventive maintenance contracts. • Prepares needed tools and reviewing drawings etc. for service calls. • Completes the following reports: service, expense, preventive maintenance contract, and system audits. • Researches part numbers from service calls and researches information related to service/manual readings prior to and during service calls. • Checks retrofits parts orders and rebuild project parts orders. • Communicates with customers on system related issues. • Prepares for services, reviews SOWs, budgets and manpower. • Reviews service reports with the customer. • Updates dashboard incident retrieval • Conducts system walk-downs or walk-throughs. • Assists in training customer maintenance staff. • Completes warranty request forms. • Directs and/or conducts rebuilds on field equipment. • Diagnoses field mechanical and controls programming issues. • Works with Engineering and Parts to file parts requests to solve field issues and works with Engineering to solve system projects. • Communicates with other CSE's, management and engineering to discuss solutions to problems. • Assists Technical Support with mechanical related calls. • Upsells customer on upgrades and new products to enhance efficiency. • Assists in training other CSEs in the field. • May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. • Up to 90% overnight US & International travel may be necessary.
