• Lead & Mentor capabilities of Solution Managers and Solution Engineers to improve design and ideation of client solutions (No direct reports). • Support training and quality reviews for traditional MHE technologies, Sortation, conveyance, case storage & AMR/AGV (GTP/Move) applications. • Strong understanding of controls application, capabilities & use in system designs. • Develop ROI strategies for applied material handling solutions. • Analyze client’s business down to the DNA level from their available data and understand the design criteria necessary to provide an intelligent material handling solutions for their needs. • Apply results of data analysis and understanding of our client’s business to develop efficient processes, including layouts, workstations, and traditional material handling systems that bolt on to a base MHE and AMR/AGV (GTP/Move) technical application. • Develop capital plans involving appropriate traditional MHE equipment, AMR/AGV (move and GTP), etc. including scheduling, resource planning and budgeting. • Develop KPI-focused applications and technologies to increase throughput, efficiency, and revenue. • Work closely with a client’s leadership and/or operations team to help provide solutions to increase productivity and accuracy. The communication and presentation of these solutions are a critical aspect of this role. • Serve as subject matter expert for engineering related areas such as ergonomics, MOST rate analysis, best practices and operator safety in traditional MHE, AMR/AGV & GTP technical application. • Work closely with Supply Chain Services Leadership and Client Account Executives to ensure Solutions team designs are aligned to client’s goals. • Conduct WMS and WES software comparisons and present results to clients as part of their design solutions.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across automation, robotics, conveyor, controls, software, installation, and engineered systems categories. • Establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships with key OEMs, integrators, subcontractors, and technology providers. • Lead vendor management initiatives including supplier qualification, onboarding, segmentation, scorecards, and performance improvement programs. • Conduct recurring Business Reviews and executive supplier reviews to evaluate operational performance, strategic alignment, future opportunities, and risk mitigation. • Develop and maintain supplier scorecards measuring delivery, quality, responsiveness, engineering support, safety, warranty performance, and commissioning support. • Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, milestone payment structures, service agreements, warranties, and other key commercial contractual terms. • Support pre-sales, estimating, and project execution teams by validating supplier capabilities, schedules, pricing, and operational risks. • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to lead times, tariffs, capacity constraints, labor availability, financial stability, and technology maturity. • Develop preferred supplier programs and sourcing strategies that improve operational consistency, scalability, and cost competitiveness. • Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging automation technologies to support organizational growth and competitive positioning. • Ability to travel 15 – 20% as required for supplier visits, project support, factory inspections, business reviews, and industry events.

• Own and maintain the pursuit tracking system in Smartsheet, ensuring every active pursuit row is current with accurate deadlines, ownership, health status, and blocker notes. • Manage new pursuit intake — log incoming opportunities, confirm proposal due dates with the Sales Owner, and ensure a Pursuit Lead is assigned before technical work begins. • Run the weekly pursuit standup meeting, including pre-meeting preparation, facilitating the agenda, updating Smartsheet live during the call, and distributing the post-standup summary to the Teams pursuit channel. • Monitor pursuit health across the active pipeline, proactively identifying pursuits that are at risk of missing deadlines and escalating to Sales Owners and the ASD manager before deadlines are missed. • Monitor engineer and estimator capacity using the Smartsheet capacity view; flag overload conditions to the ASD manager before new pursuit assignments are accepted. • Serve as the primary communication bridge between the pre-sales team and Sales Owners, providing timely, factual status updates and managing expectations on deliverable timelines. • Maintain and continuously improve pursuit coordination processes, tools, and templates to support a repeatable, scalable pre-sales operation. • Ensure closed pursuits (Won, Lost, On Hold) are updated in Smartsheet promptly, and perform monthly archive cleanup to maintain a clean active pipeline view. • Support the ASD manager with pursuit pipeline reporting and capacity data for leadership reviews and board-level reporting as needed.

• The Director of Field Engineering is responsible for the development, expansion, and large-scale growth of the Field Engineering Department that seeks to provide support, upgrades, preventative and correct maintenance, along with commissioning support. • The incumbent is responsible for leading our Field Services Engineers ensuring proper operation and maintenance of KPI deployed solutions and is a key escalation point for our customers related to this support. • This Director oversees the creation and success of a highly capable field services team. • Working closely with leaders in Engineering, Customer Support, Resident Maintenance, Sales, and Marketing, this position is accountable for continuously improving the delivery of our services. • Leads Field Service Teams who perform on-site routine service including commissioning support, brownfield upgrades, service and maintenance. • Oversee the scheduling and training of Field Service Engineering team. • Works with Sales to create quotes for Preventative Maintenance, Retrofits, Corrective Maintenance, and Launch support. • Management and creation of departmental budgets. • Ensures all customer issues are satisfactorily resolved utilizing engineering and other teams as needed. • Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources. • Ensure various KPI’s and Customer expectations are met or exceeded. • Act as the KPI trusted advisor, both internally and externally, to ensure targets and profitability goals are met.

The Electrical Engineer Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end execution of all brownfield projects and small-medium greenfield projects, with accountability for engineering delivery, cost control, schedule adherence, and risk management. This role provides dedicated leadership for high‑risk, execution‑heavy work, ensuring predictable delivery while protecting margin. The Engineering Manager operates as the primary execution owner, engineering resource manager, subcontractor quality manager. This individual must be knowledgeable of all projects being worked on by their team so that they can support their engineers’ needs and help them resolve project issues. This role will require strong interpersonal and communication skills with enhanced multi-tasking abilities across engineering, project management, procurement, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have the ability to support company, and client needs while also promoting individual success and inspiring their employees to grow within the organization. **Essential Job Duties:** 1. • Build and maintain curated datasets using Databricks (Delta tables, jobs, SQL Warehouses) and SQL-based governed reporting tables. • Ingest and manage full pursuit lifecycle artifacts including RFPs, specifications, drawings, and addenda with proper metadata and version control. • Develop applied analytics solutions including: - Forecasting - Scenario modeling - Optimization (LP/MILP or practical heuristics) - Similarity modeling and benchmarking • Publish reliable datasets and insights for Tableau Cloud consumption with consistent business definitions. • Establish a closed-loop learning cycle by comparing design assumptions against operational outcomes to continuously improve benchmarks and estimate accuracy. • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and solution design teams to improve automation decision-making at scale.

• KPI is seeking an experienced Account Executive, who is innovative, collaborative, and motivated. • The Account Executive is responsible for retaining and growing the KPI customer base. • This roll will work collaboratively with Concepting and Estimating, Solutions, Engineering, LTS to define the best solution for the client. • Develop and execute KPI sales strategy to penetrate new, and grow existing, accounts. • Drive revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty. • Collaboratively work with All departments to deliver full KPI solution. • Work with clients to develop a complete understanding of the customer’s needs, pain points, organizational and decision-making structure/ buying criteria. • Perform customer presentations articulating the value proposition of KPI’s solution/products/service offerings. • Pursue long-term account strategies focused on maximizing both KPI profits and Customer ROI.
