Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive, curious, and analytical Summer 2026 Global RIM Analytics Intern to join our Global RIM Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business data and interpreting trends to provide strategic recommendations that influence our go-to-market strategies and pipeline performance. Our team supports global operations and commercial teams across all regions, collaborating daily to accelerate commercial opportunities for core storage products. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: - Execute Data-Driven Insights: Run and analyze pipeline data and trends to provide clear interpretations and actionable recommendations that support commercial storage opportunities. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product teams and solution executives to translate data analytics into results for product and solution selling. - Support Strategic Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the storage growth of Records and Information Management (RIM) by applying AI tools and analytics to surface insights, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. • Prepare accurate Loan Estimates and deliver required disclosures to Valon loan applicants in compliance with regulatory guidelines • Process loan dispositions in accordance with established compliance policies and procedures • Order and manage third-party services essential to loan production, including appraisals, title work, and required verifications • Coordinate the seamless transfer of loans from Sales to Processing to ensure a smooth and positive borrower experience • Provide administrative support to Lending Management, including general Setup Desk responsibilities • Other duties as assigned
