Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive, curious, and analytical Summer 2026 Global RIM Analytics Intern to join our Global RIM Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business data and interpreting trends to provide strategic recommendations that influence our go-to-market strategies and pipeline performance. Our team supports global operations and commercial teams across all regions, collaborating daily to accelerate commercial opportunities for core storage products. You will join an agile environment that prides itself on a "find a way to yes" culture, where your analytical work directly impacts the strategic approach of our sales and product teams. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: - Execute Data-Driven Insights: Run and analyze pipeline data and trends to provide clear interpretations and actionable recommendations that support commercial storage opportunities. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product teams and solution executives to translate data analytics into results for product and solution selling. - Support Strategic Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the storage growth of Records and Information Management (RIM) by applying AI tools and analytics to surface insights, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: - Academic Foundation: Currently a rising junior or incoming senior pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Applied Math, Data Science, or Economics. - Analytical Capabilities: Proven ability to navigate unknown data sets, interpret complex trends, and provide recommendations with clarity and intent. - Behavioral Agility: proactive curiosity and the adaptability to change course quickly within an agile team environment. - Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate data findings and collaborate with global business partners.
