Strategic Partnerships Leader
Minga London
• Develop and execute a strategic partnerships roadmap aligned with Minga’s growth objectives. • Identify, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships with education technology providers, service partners, and other strategic allies. • Establish and scale partner programs, including onboarding, enablement, and performance measurement. • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure partner offerings complement Minga’s platform and market strategy. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders at partner organizations. • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor partnerships, and industry opportunities to inform strategy. • Act as Minga’s ambassador externally, representing the company at industry events and partner meetings.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B environments.
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-impact deals.
- Strong understanding of partnership programs, revenue models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, startup-like environment while reporting directly to the CEO.
- Experience managing cross-functional collaboration to align internal teams with external partners.

Territory Manager
