• Definir y gobernar diseños de arquitectura de solución (HLD/LLD) para capacidades de Financial Crime, incluyendo Transaction Screening, Name Screening, Monitoring, KYC/KYB, Case Management y Data. • Proporcionar supervisión arquitectónica en nuevas iniciativas, remediaciones, actualizaciones de plataformas y reducción de deuda técnica dentro del Financial Crime Book of Work. • Participar como arquitecto clave en la migración de Financial Crime para TSB, incluyendo soporte en migración y archivo de datos, patrones de integración y decisiones de diseño con cumplimiento regulatorio. • Asegurar que las soluciones estén alineadas con la arquitectura objetivo, estándares de seguridad, políticas de datos y expectativas regulatorias (PRA, FCA, ECB). • Identificar, gestionar y escalar riesgos y dependencias arquitectónicas, contribuyendo en RAIDs y foros de gobernanza. • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de Producto, Ingeniería, Data, Seguridad, Riesgo y stakeholders de negocio para asegurar una entrega eficiente y oportuna.
Job Requirements
- Más de 4 años de experiencia como Solution Architect dentro de Financial Crime, Risk o entornos bancarios altamente regulados.
- Conocimiento sólido en dominios de Financial Crime: AML, Sanctions, Screening, Monitoring, KYC/KYB.
- Experiencia diseñando soluciones con plataformas legacy, arquitecturas complejas de datos y restricciones regulatorias.
- Dominio de arquitecturas cloud, on prem y modelos híbridos.
- Experiencia trabajando bajo marcos formales de gobierno y aseguramiento de arquitectura.
- Inglés avanzado (obligatorio).

Role Description As a Staff Solutions Architect on the Growth team, you will serve as the key technical advisor for prospective and existing clients, guiding them through the adoption of complex application platforms.
