• OKR Reporting & Measurement: Own the analytics frameworks for investigating performance and help ensure we are on track to Consumer Marketing OKRs. Ensure measurement is actionable, accurate, and supports evolving business priorities. • User & Channel Insights: Analyze user journeys and channel performance to identify opportunities and friction points across the marketing funnel. • Marketing Measurement & Funnel Optimization: Develop dashboards, measurement models, and experiment infrastructure for actionable insights throughout the consumer lifecycle. • Advanced Data Mining & Marketplace Exploration: Dive into Yelp’s rich datasets, including trending restaurants, services, foods, and user-generated content, to uncover actionable themes that inform consumer strategy and marketing. • Leverage Emerging AI & Automation: Use cutting-edge AI and machine learning tools to unlock insights, automate repetitive analyses, and accelerate the discovery of new growth levers. Proactively evaluate and integrate new AI-powered analytics solutions. • Experimentation & Strategic Recommendations: Design, run, and interpret A/B and multivariate experiments. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and leadership teams. • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing, Biz Ops, Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics and Strategy teams to turn analytical insights into business action. Facilitate data-driven decision-making at all levels. Regularly present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the org. • Develop and Scale Analytical Best Practices: Champion best practices in analytics infrastructure, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning across the growth team. Empower fellow marketers to extract their own standardized insights to embed a data driven culture across the team and create bandwidth for high value analytics and insights. • Problem-Solving & Strategic Solutioning: Deconstruct complex business challenges into actionable analytical problems, developing and implementing data-driven solutions that directly fuel user growth.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-impact analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence roles
  • Deep expertise in marketing measurement, user funnel analytics, and advanced data analysis (strong SQL and Excel required; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker etc. and proficiency in Python a plus)
  • Proven experience integrating AI/ML tools into data analysis, reporting, or marketing automation workflows
  • Strong business and product intuition, and the ability to synthesize metrics and trends into clear recommendations
  • Experience with experiment design, A/B testing, and rapid test iteration
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach with a builder’s mindset.
  • Excellent communicator, verbal and written
  • Skilled at translating complex analyses into actionable insights for all audiences
  • Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to stay ahead on AI, analytics trends, and evolving marketing technology
  • Adept Problem Solver: Proven ability to break down ambiguous and complex problems into manageable components, identifying root causes and developing innovative, data-driven solutions
