• Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications; • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Proactively source, identify, and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks; • Maintain the organization's applicant tracking system; • Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit vacant positions; • Promote the organization's good employment opportunities; • Provide recruitment reports to department managers; • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. • Other tasks that may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with various digital marketing roles, including but not limited to SEO specialists, content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers.
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description We’re looking for a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team and partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers. This role is primarily responsible for scheduling interviews and supporting a world-class candidate experience. You’ll also liaise with our executive admin team to help connect candidates with our leadership team. This position will flex between coordination activities based on role priority and team position workload. This is a short term contract expected to last 2-3 months. - Take ownership of the candidate scheduling process, end to end, as needed - Use our hiring tools like Greenhouse to provide a timely and positive hiring experience and process - Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form - Participate in candidate screens, as needed, including completing scorecards in a timely fashion - Partner with the Talent Acquisition function by generating offer letters and initiating background checks - Arrange virtual or onsite job fair logistics - Process relevant procurement items for contract hires - Schedule virtual, onsite, and phone interviews for Talent Acquisition team - Serve as the primary contact to start the onboarding of new hires and contractors - Manage the overall onboarding process to include ensuring paperwork is gathered and technology prepared - Manage tracking of candidate logistics in software and Excel spreadsheets - Work with candidates to complete credentialing including background and drug screening Qualifications - Two plus years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience - Previous recruiting, HR or administrative coordination experience - Proactive self-starter with the ability to work well under deadlines - Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with both internal and external customers - Handle confidential information - Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Slack and basic Excel - Experience with ATS systems, Greenhouse preferred Requirements - Estimated Hourly Compensation: $20-25 per hour - The base hourly range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
