• Coordinate the placement and ongoing support for clients by serving as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers. • Manage client cases, ensuring timely communication and effective collaboration among all stakeholders. • Assist with human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and client records in compliance with regulatory standards. • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documentation. • Track and report progress on client cases, providing regular updates to management. • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure service delivery meets organizational standards. • Assist with HR functions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in case management, HR, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality.
- Empathetic approach and strong interpersonal skills in client interaction.

Requirements: - Proven hands-on experience working with HiBob. - 3+ years of experience working with HRIS / HR Tech systems. - Hands-on experience using no-code automation tools (e.g., N8N, Make, Slack workflows, Asana workflows, webhooks, triggers) to automate HR processes. - Advanced understanding of APIs and system integrations. - Experience managing integrations and data flows between systems. - Experience executing or supporting data migrations between HR platforms. - Experience working with or implementing AI-based tools. - Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle — from hiring to compensation. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written).
