Position Summary:  Telestream is a seeking a DevOps Engineer to ensure seamless collaboration between our Software Development and IT Operations teams.  Your extensive experience and technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and cloud platforms, will allow you to excel in this role.

• Lead the design, architecture, and management of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (and similar tools), ensuring fast, reliable, and reproducible software delivery • Implement and enforce test-driven deployment systems, integrating automated testing, validation, and monitoring to maintain code quality and accelerate feedback cycles • Containerize applications and microservices with Docker, optimize image builds, and manage deployment pipelines for distributed environments • Oversee the build, packaging, and publishing lifecycle for JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++ packages, including versioning, semantic tagging, and NPM or internal registry publication • Develop and maintain cross-platform build pipelines using CMake, NPM or equivalent tools, ensuring consistent compilation and release workflows across web, desktop, and mobile • Automate end-to-end release processes, including tagging, building, signing, and distributing mobile, web, and desktop applications • Define and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure environments • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot deployment issues, optimize performance, and improve release reliability • Continuously improve observability and feedback loops, leveraging monitoring and alerting systems to maintain operational excellence

• Participate in the On-Call rotation, as a member of the Cloud Managed Services team, and respond to incidents that impact Neo4j cloud infrastructure availability to provide the necessary support for customer cases. • Work as a member of the Cloud Managed Services Team during business hours, with occasional off-hours scheduled work, to support and manage the Neo4j database infrastructure of the customers and handle and resolve escalations related to cloud hosted environments from customers and/or internal teams. • Improve, document, and automate operational processes (such as deployments and upgrades) to make them as efficient as possible. • Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as Neo4j databases to assist in performance tuning and incident diagnostics. • Document the incidents, procedures, and outcomes of customer communications. Assist in building the Cloud Managed Services knowledge base. • Install and upgrade Neo4j infrastructure (servers, storage, databases) for our Cloud Managed Service customers. • Troubleshoot cluster issues across multiple servers, data centers and regions, in a variety of clouds (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), virtual, and bare metal environments. • Collaborate and communicate effectively within Customers, Customer Success, Product Engineering, and other Neo4j teams to understand and resolve customer issues completely and expediently. • Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement is necessary to succeed in this position.

Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools. - Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tooling. - Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python). - Strong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps-first culture.
