3D CGI Artist/Designer
Nestle
• Understand the e-shelf and digital content ecosystem through best practices in Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) and 3D modeling for digital packaging. • Apply labeling and packaging artwork to CGI models. • Assess materials to ensure high content quality standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve tools. • Provide expertise and recommendations to brands regarding CGI packshots, Mobile Hero Images, eMerchandising, and the reuse of CGI images for more advanced assets (beauty shots, POS, etc.). • Develop guidelines for Mobile Hero Images. • Support troubleshooting in CGI production to achieve high quality standards and ensure efficiency and scalability across markets. • Contribute to the creation and/or maintenance of Operational Documentation, ensuring correct execution of services (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefings, Training Materials, standard routines, etc.). • Use strong technical experience and a broad perspective to identify innovative and effective solutions (CGI standards, production processes, graphic production, etc.) that deliver quality and time gains. • Draft and recommend new ways of working and processes to leadership when necessary. • Capture and drive continuous improvement through the use of management routines. • Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, including effective management of standard routines, the Market Deployment Toolkit, and Control Best Practices.
Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Digital Assets, CGI production, and print/publication execution.
- Proficiency with 3D/CGI software and tools.
- Ability to quickly understand brand positioning via Brand Guidelines.
- Ability to formalize CGI recommendations into standards and guides.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management, and planning skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization, as well as with internal and external clients.
- Ability to work independently and meet established objectives and deadlines.
- Ability to work with and influence peers and leadership.
- Self-motivation and strong attention to detail, deadlines, and follow-up/reporting.
