Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within healthcare IT, pharmacy benefits, managed care, or related healthcare domains.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare data ecosystems, pharmacy operations, claims processing, or patient support programs.
- Strong experience leading discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and requirements elicitation efforts.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality business requirements, process documentation, workflows, and requirements traceability artifacts under tight timelines.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements; familiarity with healthcare security and governance frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with healthcare data integration patterns, customer service technologies, platform modernization initiatives, or strategic planning engagements is preferred.

Position Summary: The Senior Product Manager plays a key role in shaping and delivering Tilled’s payment platform by leading product strategy, development, and lifecycle management.
