• Design and evolve enterprise data architectures, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, pipelines, semantic models, and reporting layers. • Define and maintain architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across Microsoft Fabric and Azure services. • Translate enterprise data strategy into epics, features, and actionable technical stories. • Lead technical planning activities, identifying dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early in the lifecycle. • Establish and enforce standards for data quality, taxonomy, pipeline design, and semantic modeling. • Review solution designs and critical implementations to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Act as a technical leader and mentor, elevating engineering practices and system-level thinking. • Design, build, and enhance data pipelines, dataflows, notebooks, and semantic models. • Contribute hands-on to complex and high-impact initiatives where architecture and implementation intersect. • Support platform modernization, including migration from on-prem SQL Server to Microsoft Fabric. • Optimize data solutions for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. • Collaborate with Data Scientists to productionize ML models and integrate them into enterprise pipelines. • Apply AI-assisted techniques to improve development workflows and solution quality. • Deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality data solutions aligned with best practices. • Participate in cross-project planning and release activities. • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and priorities. • Monitor systems using logs and dashboards to ensure performance, reliability, and issue resolution. • Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation (architecture, systems, processes).

• Design, implement, and manage DevOps processes and tools on Google Cloud Platform. • Set up and configure GCP services for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation. • Manage source code repositories using Git, and implement branching and merging strategies. • Ensure code versioning best practices are followed. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GCP tools such as Cloud Build. • Implement and optimize deployment strategies for applications on GCP. • Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration. • Implement containerization using Docker. • Orchestrate containers using Kubernetes on GCP. • Set up monitoring and logging solutions using GCP Stackdriver or similar tools. • Monitor and troubleshoot issues proactively. • Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless integration and delivery process. • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Implement and enforce security best practices in the DevOps pipeline. • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

• Design and maintain robust Azure cloud infrastructure and services, with familiarity in managing hybrid environments. • Architect network topology, security zones, and firewall rules for multi-tier application stacks. • Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards across the organization using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform. • Evaluate, select, and integrate Microsoft ecosystem tools including Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure App Service to optimize cloud platform capabilities. • Design, build, and maintain multi-stage, secure, and resilient CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines. • Manage reliable, automated, and scalable deployment to Azure services (e.g., AKS, App Service, Function Apps). • Implement and manage serverless and containerized deployment strategies in Azure. • Coordinate closely with network and security teams for critical cloud operations, including certificate management, Azure DNS configuration, and Azure Load Balancer/Traffic Manager setup. • Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring solutions using the Azure stack: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics Workspaces. • Define, track, and report on SLIs (Service Level Indicators) and SLOs (Service Level Objectives), managing error budgets in collaboration with development leads. • Integrate proactive DevSecOps practices: SAST (Static Analysis), DAST (Dynamic Analysis), dependency scanning, and secrets detection directly within the CI/CD pipelines.

• Own HubSpot architecture: workflows, automation, forms, lists, segmentation, governance • Own lead lifecycle execution: creation, routing, scoring, nurture, qualification, and sales handoff • Define and optimize routing logic, scoring models, and lifecycle stages with Marketing and Sales • Maintain database health: enrichment, deduplication, suppression, segmentation accuracy and ongoing data quality improvements • Ensure end-to-end campaign execution and QA from audience to ads to landing pages to workflows to Salesforce visibility and reporting • Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign setup, tracking, and alignment with reporting requirements • Build and maintain target account and persona lists for 1 to 1 and 1 to few campaigns • Partner with SalesOps and RevOps to ensure list accuracy and alignment • Execute and activate audiences in ZoomInfo and other ABM/ABX platforms • Own LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads strategy and execution, including campaign creation, testing, optimization, and scaling • Manage paid media budgets, bids, and performance improvement plans, using data to drive continuous optimization • Own GA4 and Google Tag Manager measurement strategy, implementation, and ongoing troubleshooting • Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce to track funnel performance, conversion, pipeline impact, and ROI • Provide performance insights and recommendations to marketing leadership as needed to inform optimization decisions • Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Sendoso, and related tools), including integrations, troubleshooting, and documentation of key processes • Evaluate and recommend new tools and automation opportunities that improve speed, quality, and scalability of marketing execution • Apply AI tools to improve marketing operations, including automation, lead qualification, scoring and routing enhancements, and workflow optimization through testing and iteration.
