Senior Program Manager

• Coordinate delivery activities across cross functional teams including Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. • Support and facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery checkpoints to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders. • Assist with planning sessions by documenting scope, dependencies, milestones, scheduling inputs, and potential risks. • Maintain governance artifacts such as schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, and delivery trackers according to program standards. • Monitor delivery progress across teams and prepare structured bi weekly reports summarizing milestones, risks, issues, and overall program status. • Track inter team dependencies and coordinate with technical and product leads to ensure alignment and timely resolution of delivery blockers. • Maintain and update program tracking tools including Smartsheet and other delivery management platforms used by the organization. • Capture updates and outcomes from sprint reviews, mid sprint checkpoints, and delivery sync meetings. • Support product launch planning activities in coordination with Product, Marketing, and other relevant teams. • Collaborate with program leads and project managers to ensure consistency in delivery reporting, governance, and program visibility. • Assist in coordinating customer related activities and delivery communications as directed by product and design teams. • Coordinate enablement and documentation activities to support program continuity and knowledge transfer across teams. • Ensure all delivery documentation and reporting follows defined governance processes, security standards, and program guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a Program Manager in software development or SaaS environments
  • Strong experience coordinating delivery across cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing program governance artifacts including schedules, RAID logs, risk tracking, and decision documentation
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and iterative development processes
  • Experience working with enterprise delivery tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and delivery streams
