Senior Marketing Manager

• Be the primary driver of regional growth • Design and execute integrated marketing programs • Work as a strategic partner to regional Sales and Business Development teams • Monitor the journey from community engagement to sales-ready opportunities • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of brand conferences in India • Manage presence at key industry trade shows • Build and nurture the TiDB community in India • Partner with Global Digital Marketing team for local insights

Job Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably within a global MNC (Cloud, SaaS, or Infrastructure)
  • Direct, hands-on experience in planning and executing flagship brand conferences and large-scale developer events
  • A strong focus on lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • A senior professional who is still happy to roll up your sleeves
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
