• Drive both attendee acquisition and exhibitor engagement for B2B events within action sports, outdoor, and lifestyle industries • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of audience acquisition marketing activities to support attendee outreach • Help maintain records of target audiences and update marketing lists as directed by the Marketing Director • Compile and organize prospective audience and attendee lists to support the Buyer Relations team • Track and report on remarketing and digital advertising budgets as directed • Format, edit, and distribute messaging for lead generation campaigns based on provided content • Maintain and update event calendars and marketing timelines, ensuring alignment with show deadlines • Assist with entering and updating prospect, exhibitor, and sponsor information in Salesforce and other tracking tools to support the sales process • Accurately enter all data related to account contacts, sponsorships, and marketing opportunities • Collect, file, and track all sponsorship and exhibitor materials as required • Support the scheduling and tracking of onboarding tasks for GRIP and Bulletin platforms • Update inventory spreadsheets, prepare weekly status reports, and support administrative communication between Sales and Operations for sponsorship activities • Prepare, schedule, and send email campaigns through HubSpot as directed • Format, upload, and distribute B2B marketing content, including emails and website copy • Assist with setting up and maintaining attendee and exhibitor records in event mobile apps and matchmaking tools • Input and update customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis data into tracking systems • Generate regular reports on customer retention metrics and digital marketing activities as requested by the team • Maintain organized records of retention initiatives and assist with documentation
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience supporting a sales or marketing team in a professional setting (internship experience counts)
- Proven experience in writing, building, automating, executing, and analyzing performance of email campaigns using tools like HubSpot
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing B2B marketing content, including writing emails, website copy, and digital content
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing best practices, and social media for brand awareness
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with additional tools such as Salesforce, A2Z/Personify, Basecamp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, DataMart, Grip, Smartsheet, and WordPress is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to jump from project to project, keep detailed notes, and consistently report on progress
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive work style that demonstrates the ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and identify potential challenge areas.
