• Architect PLM Solutions: Define end-to-end Teamcenter architectures (data models, workflows, integrations, configurations) aligned to business requirements and best practices. • Lead Implementation: Govern delivery of Teamcenter modules (PDM, Engineering Change Management, eBOM/mBOM, ERP integration, Workflow/Lifecycle, CAD integrations incl. NX, Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA). • Ensure Quality & Performance: Oversee customizations/extensions, run architecture/design reviews, validate solutions, and optimize performance and scalability. • Integrate the Enterprise: Design and guide integrations with ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise platforms—aligned with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance. • Enable Modernization: Support migration strategies and legacy system modernization to future-ready PLM landscapes (incl. cloud-based deployments).
Job Requirements
- Deep Teamcenter Expertise: Proven experience architecting and delivering Siemens Teamcenter solutions across core modules and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on Technical Leadership: Ability to translate business processes (BOM mgmt, change/configuration mgmt, digital continuity) into scalable, maintainable PLM designs.
- Integration & Governance: Strong background integrating PLM with ERP/MES/ALM/CAD; familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance frameworks.
- Industry Experience: Background in discrete manufacturing (e.g., automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, high-tech).
- Language: Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
