We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and maintain our web applications using React on the frontend and Ruby on Rails on the backend. You’ll play a key role in shaping the architecture and delivering end-to-end solutions. - Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend). - Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. - Integrate APIs and data sources, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. - Write clean, maintainable code and ensure high performance across browsers and devices. - Mentor other engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices. This leader will partner closely with Product and Executive Leadership to build a world-class engineering culture, ship high-impact functionality, and meet the operational, security, and reliability standards expected by enterprise-grade customers. About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on marketing leader to build and scale our growth engine. You’ll start by managing a small group of contractors across design, content, and paid channels — then gradually bring key functions in-house as you prove ROI and build repeatable systems. You’ll partner directly with the CEO to refine our positioning, sharpen our ICP, and craft the marketing strategy — then own execution across all major channels.
