Senior Manager, Product Delivery

• Lead Product Execution & Delivery • Lead multiple product teams to deliver Features/Stories against the roadmap and maintain stable team and product operations. • Align team capacity (velocity and predictability) against milestones and manage dependencies with the Product Owner. • Ensuring incremental value delivery while governing a balanced backlog flow with platform work, security risks, and technical enablers land without disrupting commitments. • Ensure technical design decisions are made effectively by fostering the right forums, bringing in the right partners, reinforcing best practices (definition of done, standards, quality), and ensuring design and implementation standards are embedded in team workflows. • Oversee deployments and production cutovers, publishing delivery health reports (flow/quality KPIs, trends) and communicate risk, capacity constraints, and release readiness. • Remove systemic blockers, mitigate risks, and manage cross-team dependencies that impede delivery. • Ensure effective cross product incident response and that blameless postmortems are conducted by the appropriate technical owners with clear actions and follow through, driving durable improvements. • Oversee risk & compliance across the product teams by identifying, communicating, and resolving risks where possible. • Ensure audit readiness and evidence coordination with a strive to be audit defensible. • Manage Team Health and Cultivate Agile Mindset • Cultivate high trust, continuously improving environment, by enabling clarity of roles, effective cadences, and adaptive ways of working across teams while adhering to our technology delivery framework. • Foster psychological safety and continuous learning. • Directly manage Business Analysts and Software Engineers (hire, coach, manage performance) and partner with Product Owners on budgets and resourcing. • Coach and develop Business Analysts and Software Engineers to strengthen role-specific capabilities, deepen product and technical judgment, and foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning. • Encourage thoughtful experimentation with new practices, tools, and technologies that improve team effectiveness, delivery outcomes, product quality, and business value. • Partner with engineers and technical stakeholders to raise the bar on modern engineering practices, including maintainability, scalability, automation, resiliency, and secure-by-design delivery. • Foster self-managing teams that continuously improve planning, decomposition, flow, and quality through light-touch coaching and clear guardrails. • Use delivery and reliability metrics to improve team outcomes, predictability, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and/or training)
- 5+ years of experience leading technical team members (engineers) to include: Demonstrated ability to lead teams in delivering modern technology solutions, guide key technical decisions and trade-off discussions, and drive innovative problem-solving in ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated success establishing delivery milestones, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and improving team outcomes through agile and data-driven continuous improvement
- Proven ability to build an inclusive, collaborative team culture grounded in mentoring, accountability, and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of Information Technology experience in an hands-on engineering role (software development, DevOps, SRE, etc.) to include: Understanding of and commitment to the agile and product mindset, principles, and practices
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and change/release/incident management.
