Dandy
• Build and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for Dandy Italy • Develop and maintain initial customer base • Develop and manage the Italy business plan, including budget, revenue targets, and operational KPIs • Create and implement localized marketing and sales strategies • Report on market performance and opportunities to global leadership • Establish key business relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders in the Italian market • Represent the company to Italian government officials, industry associations, and business networks • Ensure compliance with all Italian federal and provincial regulations - in partnership with Legal • Ad hoc responsibilities as needed to stand up Dandy Italy
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive management experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
- Resilient and adaptable in navigating ambiguity and change
- Results-oriented with high accountability
- Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling operations
- Deep understanding of Dandy’s business and operations end-to-end
- Understanding of the Italian business environment, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Experience in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management
- Strong network of business contacts in Italy.

• Deliver the regional business plan and ensure all rollout, permitting, and construction activities meet IONITY’s quality, cost, and time objectives. • Manage the regional P&L for CAPEX and OPEX in line with financial performance goals. • Build and lead a high-performing multicultural team, fostering accountability, agility, and collaboration. • Drive data-based decision-making, monitoring pipeline performance, site profitability, and delivery progress. • Develop and manage relationships with landlords, concessionaires, authorities, and grid operators. • Oversee the renewal and optimization of existing sites in coordination with Asset Management. • Promote innovation in processes, tools, and stakeholder engagement across the region. • Ensure compliance with HSE and construction standards through coordination with relevant departments. • Represent IONITY in public and governmental interactions and maintain visibility in the EV ecosystem. • Report regional KPIs, challenges, and achievements to the Head of Rollout, ensuring alignment with the overall Network Development strategy.
