Strategic Accounts Manager – Enterprise

• Communicate Red Hat’s values and vision to the executive and management levels of customer organizations • Successfully sell solutions and services in the field • Develop new account areas of focus within the assigned account • Represent Red Hat to customers, and customers to Red Hat, in sales-related matters • Meet assigned sales quotas • Work to develop and expand assigned account territory • Lead a Sales team consisting of Solution Architects, Insides Sales Representatives, Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Red Hat’s senior management
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in a federal sales account manager role
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Significant knowledge of the U.S. intelligence Community and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in particular
- Excellent record of working in software and services solutions in the federal sector
- Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions to large matrixed organizations and multiple decision makers
- Ability to create a logical account strategy to grow and expand an existing account
- Solid understanding of the federal government's acquisition process
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance w/ Poly

• Drive initiatives to maximize commercial performance across IONITY’s European charging network (revenue growth, cost optimization, asset efficiency). • Analyze site-level and portfolio-level performance drivers and translate insights into concrete optimization measures. • Act as the link between Network Development and other IONITY departments, particularly those involved with strategy, pricing, energy management and marketing. • Support the transition to a decentralised responsibility for the financial performance of IONITY´s network by developing structures, reporting and a true sense of ownership and empowerment. • Monitor and optimize the installed capacity of chargers on IONITY´s network, balancing customer experience with financial KPIs and relying heavily on data. • Foster a culture of performance ownership and share learnings across the company to inform the optimal development of our future network. • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and performance dashboards; evaluate and implement third-party analytical tools where appropriate. • Contribute to investment decisions by supporting network fit and business case evaluation of new site candidates (NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
• Deliver the regional business plan and ensure all rollout, permitting, and construction activities meet IONITY’s quality, cost, and time objectives. • Manage the regional P&L for CAPEX and OPEX in line with financial performance goals. • Build and lead a high-performing multicultural team, fostering accountability, agility, and collaboration. • Drive data-based decision-making, monitoring pipeline performance, site profitability, and delivery progress. • Develop and manage relationships with landlords, concessionaires, authorities, and grid operators. • Oversee the renewal and optimization of existing sites in coordination with Asset Management. • Promote innovation in processes, tools, and stakeholder engagement across the region. • Ensure compliance with HSE and construction standards through coordination with relevant departments. • Represent IONITY in public and governmental interactions and maintain visibility in the EV ecosystem. • Report regional KPIs, challenges, and achievements to the Head of Rollout, ensuring alignment with the overall Network Development strategy.
