Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience (at least 5–8 years) in workforce management, HR IT systems, time management or operations management
- Solid knowledge of working time legislation (DE and ideally EU)
- Experience with collective bargaining logic and company agreements
- Strong understanding of HR and ERP systems
- Experience with integration architectures (APIs, data models)
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Experience in KPI definition and efficiency analyses
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
- Ideally experience with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Workday, ATOSS, UKG / Kronos
